What’s the benefits? What do you gain?
Whether you are new to training and yoga or if you are a person who normally goes to the gym or to a fitness or yoga group class a private session can provide a big change for your training or yoga progress.
As a fit and active person you won’t need Private Sessions all the time - often you might just need a few of them to get yourself re started, press the reset button or simply kick start yourself again. Thereafter you commence with your "normal" practice and training bringing with you the tools you gain from the Private Session. After that you may need some maintenance and can book yourself in for a Private session maybe once every 4 or 6 weeks to make sure your on the right track.
In a private session you can start to be picky - you can fine tune your posture to get more out of each pose, move and training exercise, you can focus in on Your needs, where you might have lost awareness in your core, in muscles in breath, in motivation or in action. A Private Session will give you a re-start, switching on your entire being to be, feel and accomplish more!
When joining a group class after any One-on-One session your awareness, power and yoga or training will be on a new level - set for you, where you need to be - Your level so you can continue to progress and explore.
Now how great is that??!!!
