Mysan is a certified yoga teacher and a qualified fitness trainer with over 6 years kayaking experience. She has over 10 years of international experience in outdoor and indoor training, including aquafitness, boxing and spinning. Mysan’s career as a snowboarder in Europe has instilled in her an understanding of both the human side of competitiveness as well as the rewards of commitment and dedication. Her passion for kayaking, as well as her love for wellbeing, exercise and the outdoors gives her a thorough understanding of how to inspire the human spirit to its edge.
Mysan's sound knowledge of anatomy ensures she highlights the importance of building core strength. By emphasizing proper alignment across all her programming she ensures a safe progression from beginners up to more practiced individuals. Mysan combines exercise science, yoga and positive energy for a holistic approach to all training sessions resulting in an energetic makeover for the body, mind and soul. |
