    Yoga Classes-
    Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga using postures and breath to tone your body, improve your flexibility and quiet your mind. These yoga classes will create improved posture, core strength, flexibility while at the same time stimulating your mind, enabling you to be focus and find stillness within. General to dynamic classes available. Class duration varies from 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
    Yin Yoga is a superb complement to the more “yang” style of our hatha yoga. Yin classes involve long, luxurious holds in forward bends, hip openers and inversions. You’ll focus on your breath and will experience deep release as we work through areas of the body that habitually hold tension and stress and you will be quietening the mind. Brilliant for all yogis, beginners to advanced, after a surf or a day at work.

    Fitness Classes - The Fitness Classes will stimulate your body mind and soul. These Holistic Outdoor Fitness Classes are a full body workout and will give you core strength, cardiovascular benefits and stamina. They will take you on an adventure in Manly’s beautiful surroundings and will get you ready and energized for your day ahead. These outdoors Fitness Classes are, literally, a breath of fresh air!
    You will be guided through the class with a sense of lightness and joy – creating healthy bodies and smiling faces.
    Class duration is 1 hour

    Kay-Fitness Classes- Kay-Fitness is a fun way to get fit and energised. The Kayak-Fitness Classes provides a perfect way to exercise while outdoors enjoying Manly’s pristine beaches and waterways. Our fitness classes will provide you with a holistic full body work out with a mixture of the basic paddling techniques as well as core, cardio and strength building beach plyometrics and endurance training. You will walk away from this holistic kayak-fitness class with a spring in your step and a sparkle in your eye, boosted on energy from Mother Nature.
    All levels of experience is welcome, though you do need to be able to swim and have an average level of fitness. The class duration is 1.5 hours and all you need to bring is yourself in comfy clothes that can get wet, a water bottle, towel, sun block, sunnies and a hat on a sunny day. You will be provided with all kayak equipment.

    Kay Yoga Classes - Kay-Yoga  is a perfect combination of adventure and bliss. While exploring the beautiful waterways, we will paddle out to a pristine beach, roll out our mats and practice a general class of Hatha yoga. These classes will recharge you, make you smile and get you back in touch with nature.
