I have recently started training with Mysan in order to prepare for the City 2 Surf. I am relatively fit and healthy but not much of a runner. With Mysan's personal guidance and support, I feel that I have already significantly improved in only 3 weeks! Mysan tailors each session to my needs and clearly sets out the plan each time. Her words of encouragement and tips along the way really help and I am particularly benefitting from her suggested breathing techniques. Mysan takes care to do warm up and cool down exercises as well as stretches in our training sessions. The varied training locations in the Manly area always provide a beautiful backdrop, especially the early morning sunrise beach sessions.
